Our Founder's Story

I’m Kiera DesChamps, a passionate leader, trainer, and growth strategist with 30 years of experience spanning higher education, executive leadership, and business development. I founded KD Consulting Group to help teams sell with intention, lead with integrity, and build partnerships that last. With the past decade focused on senior living and aging services, and a foundation in higher ed administration, I bring a cross-industry perspective to every engagement.
